Gausman speaks on why the Blue Jays should keep Jansen

As the trade deadline approaches, many Blue Jays players on expiring contracts have an uncertain future in Toronto including catcher Danny Jansen.
Pitcher Kevin Gausman spoke on Jansen yesterday stating he is an incredible catcher and is a bulldog at the plate. Gausman went on to say that Jansen is the type of catcher a pitcher wants to have.
Kevin Gausman, praising Danny Jansen:

Clearly Gausman wants Jansen to stick around but unfortunately the decision is not his to make. Fans will have to wait and see if Atkins decides to move Jansen and if so, what will the return be?
