Former Toronto Blue Jays player Kevin Kiermaier was recently on the Deep Left Field and took a shot at the Blue Jays front office.

The Blue Jays traded Kiermaier at the trade deadline to the Los Angeles Dodgers to give him a chance at Winning a World Series which is exactly what he did and it seems like he enjoyed his short time in Los Angeles as he stated it is nothing that he has seen before.

Kiermaier recently went on the Deep Left Field podcast and spoke of his time in Los Angeles, mentioning that their organization is nothing like he has seen before in terms of being prepared for opponents.
The Former Blue Jays outfielder stated that he could not believe how detailed their scouting report was for the Athletics as he headed into his first game with the Dodgers.
«The Dodgers are on a different level. Like the advanced scouting reports from a position player standpoint, I was blown away in our first meeting (after reporting to the team) in Oakland," Kiermaier said. «It was just so on point and just everything we needed. The way the coaches went about it and blew through it and just gave us all the information we needed, it was like poetry to me, in a way. I (had) never been a part of a meeting like that.»

Kiermaier mentioned how he loved his time in Toronto as well but the compliments were nothing close to the praises he had for the Dodgers. Clearly the Dodgers are a top tier organization and know what they are doing since they won the World Series in 2024 and were pretty much the best team all season long.
The last sentence, in which Kiermaier specifically states he's never been part of an organization like that, is a scathing endorsement of his former teams, as well as quite the compliment for the Dodgers. -Powell
