The Toronto Blue Jays bullpen has struggled as season long and it continues to get worse as relief pitcher Zach Pop cost his team the game once again.
Pop entered the game last night against the Rays with a lead but after pitching only 0.2 innings, he gave up 1 hit and 1 earned run to throw away the lead for Toronto which is not the first time.
This is far from the first time this season Pop cost the Blue Jays the lead and fans cannot take it anymore as they voice their opinion online.
It's simple: Zach Pop enters a baseball game with a lead and leaves without one.
Feels like every outing has some sort of adversity he needs to overcome but he never does so cleanly. Can't imagine he's on the #BlueJays past this season.
With the season he has had, it is very unlikely the Blue Jays end up keeping him for next season but there is no guarantee since most fans believed he would have been waived by now but he is still here.
It's John Schneider's fault for putting out analytical darling Zach Pop
If we want to be a serious playoff team next season Zach Pop cannot be in the bullpen
