Fans are fed up with John Schneider's comments and empty promises
Toronto Blue Jays fans are growing more and impatient by the day. They are annoyed by the team's ongoing offensive struggles and even more by Manager John Schneider's lack of action to make changes.
John Schneider's words beginning to fall on deaf ears as Blue Jays offence continues to falter, from Frank Zicarelli.
The Jays record is currently sitting at 15-17 which is way below expectations from this caliber of team. With ongoing offensive struggles, It seems that John Schneider refuses to make any concrete decisions. His attitude is coming off as patience, but to fans, it is lack of initiative. He states that : "it's just a matter of time before the team's dormant bats show signs of life."

John Schneider discusses the frustrations with the Blue Jays performance this season.
"It's going to come... It's May 1st. It will come. We will be better."
When a manager struggles to give off confidence, make changes or give inspiring insights, it's no wonder fans are increasingly disheartened and begging for change. Despite reluctance to acknowledge it, the truth is that the Blue Jays' offensive performance is stagnant until their star players fulfill their potential.
This is what Manager John Schneider had to say to fans:
«They're (Blue Jay fans) going to get bored of me saying the same thing,
"It's going to come... It's May 1st. It will come. We will be better. That's that's what I can say to (fans) & I would hope our fans trust that we have really good players (who) understand they're not performing up to their expectations." - Schneider
All I can say is that from what i am hearing online, this is the exact opposite of what us fans want to hear. It is falling on deaf ears, there needs to be changes made, all that is happening is growing mistrust in his attitude and capabilities as a manager.
