San Francisco Giants pitcher Blake Snell has been struggling immensely so far as he is currently one of the worst pitchers in the league statistically.
At the start of the season, Snell was without a contract which everyone knew was coming as he is a two time Cy Young winner and had a great season in San Diego last year which is why he was awarded his second Cy Young.
The story has been quite different this year as Snell has a 11.57 ERA through 3 starts while allowing 23 baserunners in 11.2 innings pitched.
Snell signed a two year $62 million contract this summer with the Giants as he was supposed to be one of the league's top pitcher coming off a Cy Young winning season in San Diego.
It is still very early in the season which means Snell can still bounce back but he will need to drastically change things around, the good news is it can't really get much worse than it has been.
