When Daulton Varsho was snubbed las year for winning the Gold Glove as the leagues best center fielder, he definitely took exception as he now leads the MLB in 3 out of the 4 most important categories this season.

- 1st in OAA in LF
- 1st in DRS in CF
- 2nd in OAA in CF

Best outfielder in the league.

With these stats and the highlight reel plays he has been making all year, it is no doubt that Varsho is a lock to win the gold glove as the National Leagues best defensive outfielder. Some analysts are even saying there is a strong possibility that he is nominated for the 'Platinum Glove" award which is given to the best all around defensive player in each league regardless of position.
