It has been announced today that Toronto Blue Jays prospect Damiano Palmegiani has taken over the reigns the top power hitting prospect in the organization, beating Orelvis Martinez for the first time since 2019.

The 24-year-old topped all minor league players with 21 home runs and 129 appearances for the Triple-A Buffalo Bisons and the Single-A Vancouver Canadians. His fellow teammate Will Robertson came second in the Jays organization with 19 home runs in 119 games. The player he took the reigns from was Orelvis Martinez and Arjun Nimmala who finished tied for third with 17 home runs.
Palmegiano hit .210/.311.381 with an OPS of .693. As stated above he hit 21 home runs, 18 doubles,s cored 63 runs with 71 RBI's.
For the first time since 2019, the Blue Jays have a new home run king not named Orelvis Martinez in their minor league system: Damiano Palmegiani.
In total, the corner infielder hit 21 home runs, beating out Will Robertson's 19 home runs. Martinez and Arjun Nimmala had 17.
