Blue Jays pitcher Chris Bassitt had an interview on the Talkin' Baseball podcast yesterday that has gone viral as he told the truth and gave his raw opinion on the Blue Jays season.

Everyone knows the Blue Jays season has not gone as planned and Bassitt spoke on what he believes the issues are. One issue that Bassit refrained from saying too much on but still gave fans a good idea of what he is thinking has to do with the pitching rotation. Bassitt sad he did not want to comment too much on it since he thinks it is a problem that cannot be fixed right now but stated that truth is a team needs 3-4 all-star pitchers to be successful.
Chris Bassitt when asked: «where did [the season] go wrong» on The Chris Rose Rotation:

«I don't want to identify the problems because some of the problems I don't think are fixable this is the reality of the landscape is you need 3 or 4 superstars.»
Toronto's pitching rotation has struggled this season due to injuries and issues with consistency, while the Blue Jays do have some solid pitchers, Bassitt makes a great point since they do not have multiple All-Stars.
