Blue Jays make a few more surprising roster moves

The MLB 2 player expansion per roster took place yesterday on Septembers 1st boosting all MLB rosters from 26 to 28 players.
The Blue Jays took this opportunity to bring back up Luis De Los Santos who was recently up with Toronto for the first time in his career after spending years in the minors. They have also recalled pitcher Brandon Eisert from Buffalo after sending him back down a few days ago.
