Blue Jays front office to blame for unfortunate Spencer Horwitz situation

Blue Jays rookie Spencer Horwitz has been unbelievable this season for Toronto since he was called up in early June.
Horwitz currently has a great slash line in 83 games with .277/.363/.471 to go along with a .834 OPS.
There is no doubt that if the Blue Jays front office brought him in earlier in the season which was deserved as his numbers in Buffalo were out of this world, he would likely be in consideration for AL Rookie of the Year.
Spencer Horwitz has been an absolute FORCE at the plate this year!
In 83 games, he's slashing .277/.363/.471 with a very solid .834 OPS
