The Blue Jays announced that pitcher Genesis Cabrera has left the team and been placed on the paternity list.
Genesis Cabrera has taken a break from the team as his wife is currently in labor while the Blue Jays have decided to sign and activate pitcher Tommy Nance to replace him.
Hopefully the Blue Jays aren't without Cabrera too long as he has been a solid reliever for them this season and their bullpen needs all the help they can get.
Fans are happy to hear a third Blue Jay is welcoming a new little fan into the world this season.
