The Toronto Blue Jays announced some surprising news this morning as they made a few roster moves involving top prospect Orelvis Martinez and Daulton Varsho.

Martinez was suspended for 80 games earlier this season for using PEDs which he stated he was taking as he was having trouble trying to conceive with his girlfriend and that it had nothing to do with baseball.
The Blue Jays top prospect has been allowed to play in Triple-A as he finished the last 15 games of his suspension and it was announced this morning that he is officially off the suspension list and has been moved to the Spring Training Complex.
Toronto will have him playing in the Dominican winter league to get back into game shape after missing the majority of the season.
The team also announced that they have moved outfielder Daulton Varsho to the 60 day IL list from the 10 day as he just had surgery on his shoulder and will now begin his recovery process but have yet to announce a time frame for his return.

As Martinez has made his way back, the Blue Jays announced that he would not be returning to the team this season but with only a few games left and his suspension over, it is surprising that they do not want to give him at least a few at bats.
let him play in the majors!
