The Tampa Bay Rays have finally released pictures of the damages caused by Hurricane Milton inside Tropicana Field.

Last month, the Ray home stadium of Tropicana Field took a beating from Hurricane Milton causing them to be without a home stadium for the 2025 which is why they will be playing out of Steinbrenner Stadium, the Yankees Spring Training complex.

Up until today, the only picture fans had seen on Tropicana Field were shots from the outside that showed the damaged roof and a bit of inside the stadium for an Aerial point of view.
The team finally displayed some pictures online of the state of the stadium in the days that followed the stadium and it seem to be much more than the roof that was destroyed.
The #Rays released photos of the damage inside Tropicana Field in the days following Hurricane Milton, and it's catastrophic.
The Rays have since announced that the cost to repair Tropicana Field will be around $50 million which is much cheaper than most expected but with their plans to move in the next few years, it might not be worth it.
The Rays will not have to decide if they want to fix their home stadium which could be ready for the 2026 season or if they will play out of the Yankees Spring Training complex until their new stadium is ready.
Many important decisions have to be made in Tampa regarding not only their stadium but a busy off-season as the MLB is currently in the middle of a big free agency filled with top end talent.
