New York Yankees legend Derek Jeter taking heat online for his actions during broadcast

MLB on Fox has quite the legendary panel filled with Hall of Famers between Derek Jeter, Alex Rodriguez and David Ortiz who spent many years battling it out on the field in one of sports' biggest rivalries between the Red Sox and Yankees.

After game 5 between the New York Mets and Los Angeles Dodgers, Rodriguez, Jeter and Ortiz discussed the game and were interrupted by Mr &Mrs Met in which Ortiz decided to have some fun with and joked around with Mrs. Met. Jeter on the other hand decided to have a different approach as he3 sat there quietly and when Mr.Met sat next to him and was joking around, Jeter simply got up and left.

This reaction from Jeter got many people online talking pointing out that Jeter's went a little far with this and could have easily played along as Ortiz and Rodriguez did instead of having such a dramatic reaction.

After the backlash online, Fox surely pointed out to Jeter that they need him to play along with these types of games instead of having such a dramatic reaction.
