Toronto Blue Jays Vladimir Guerrero Jr gives an update on his contract negotiations

Toronto Blue Jays superstar Vladimir Guerrero Jr is still seeking a contract extension and the team has only tomorrow left to get a deal done.
Guerrero told the team earlier this off-season that he is only willing to negotiate on a contract extension until the first day of team practice at Spring Training which takes place Tuesday.

The Blue Jays are basically 24 hours away from having to compete with every other team for Guerrero in free agency next year unless they figure out a way to get a deal done tomorrow.
Guerrero has been posting updates on his Instagram in which the latest was posted this afternoon which was a picture of him working out with the number 1 on the picture, clearly stating there is one day left for a deal to get done.

To say that the fan base is currently panicking is an understatement as Guerrero is the face of this franchise and having him leave would not early hurt the lineup but would also destroy the fan base.

It will be a very strange season in Toronto if a deal does not get done with Guerrero and they end up keeping him.
Hopefully the Blue Jays are able to close the deal some time tomorrow but it certainly does not look good.
