Toronto Blue Jays pitcher Alek Manoah recently gave an injury update that his brace is off on his arm but will still not be ready for Opening Day.
Manoah missed the majority of the 2024 season, he missed the first two months of the season then when he finally made his return, he did not last more than a few games before injuring himself again and missing the rest of the season.

Manoah's recovery seems to be going well as it is going smoothly and at a quick pace but according to reports, he will not be ready for Spring Training and will likely only be ready to comeback at some point during the 2025 season.
In June of this year, it was announced that Manoah would undergo surgery to repair his right ulnar collateral ligament (UCL) and would miss (at least) the remainder of the season. He's not likely to be ready for live play at the start of the 2025 season but hopes are that he can return at some point during the year. -Hyatt
If Manoah is not able to come back as a solid pitcher and show bits of the pitcher he was in 2022, the chances of the Blue Jays continuing to hold onto him are slim as he has been given more than enough time to find his game.
