Toronto Blue Jays first baseman Vladimir Guerrero Jr named to the All-MLB First Team

Toronto Blue Jays first baseman Vladimir Guerrero Jr received an incredble honor yesterday as he was named to the All-MLB first team due to his incredible season in 2024.
Guerrero had an incredible 2024 season despite the Blue Jays struggling as he led all first baseman in WAR, had 30 homeruns, 103 RBIs, 199 hits, 44 doubles, .323 batting average and .396 on base percentage.

The MLB announced last night that for the second time in his career, Guerrero has been named to the All-MLB first team to go along with his Silver Slugger award that he won earlier in the week.
This is the second time the 25-year-old has earned a spot on the All-MLB First Team after receiving the honour in 2021. He was also awarded his second-career American League Silver Slugger Award on Tuesday. -Sportsnet
The last time Guerrero was awarded All-MLB first team honors was during the 2021 season where he hit an impressive 48 homeruns, 111 RBIs with a .311 batting average and .401 on base percentage.

The New York Yankees, Cleveland Guardians and Los Angeles Dodgers were all tied for most players on the All-MLB first team with two each.
