Manoah only pitched 24.1 innings last season due to an elbow injury on his throwing arm in mid August that kept him out for the rest of the season in which fans believed the recovery would push into the 2025 season as well.

Alek Manoah is back in the lab and he's looking pretty good
Manoah might be in the starting rotation to begin the year but needs to show up in top form and have a year like he did in 2022 if not the Blue Jays will likely look to moving him as they have given him quite a bit of time to find his game again.
Fans are starting to believe that Manoah will never be able to return to the pitcher he was during that season and that the Blue Jays should just let him go and bring in a consistent pitcher.
