Blue Jays agree to minor league deal with former Brewers pitcher Eric Lauer
The Blue Jays announced that they have agreed to a minor league deal with former Brewers left handed pitcher Eric Lauer which includes a major league Spring Training invitation.
As @Feinsand reported, Blue Jays and lefty Eric Lauer have a minor-league deal, according to an industry source.
If he's in the majors, he'll earn earn $2.2m plus incentives based on starts and innings.
According to reports, if Lauer ends up making the Blue Jays team next season he will earn $2.2 million plus certain incentives depending on how many innings he pitches and starts he gets.
LHP Eric Lauer has an NRI deal with the Blue Jays, per sources.
Lauer spent time with the Pittsburgh Pirates and Houston Astros minor league teams last season before being released in August and heading over to the Korean Baseball Organization where he put up a 4.93 ERA in 34 innings pitched.

4.30 with an 8.5 K/9 in 120 MLB appearances
It will be interesting to see how he does at Spring Training for the Blue Jays and if he ends up finding himself a roster spot.
