News was announced on social media last night that the Toronto Blue Jays organization have hired a new coach in Trevor Cho.

The Blue Jays have seen a massive turnover with their staff throughout their entire organization this off-season as many coaches from last season were relieved from their positions and a ton of new hires were made.

The Blue Jays have hired Trevor Cho as their new assistant hitting coach for the Buffalo Bisons

The Blue Jays staff for the majors is pretty much set for next season as all the positions have been filed out over the first couple months of the off-season but their is still some minor league positions available.
Trevor Cho announced on his social media page last night that he has accepted a position with the Blue Jays Triple-A affiliate team as their assistant hitting coach for the 2025 season.
Excited to announce that I've accepted a position with the Toronto Blue Jays. For the 2025 season I'll be the Assistant Hitting Coach in AAA Buffalo
There is not a ton of information on Cho but he is coming from Madison College where he was an assistant coach for the last two seasons.
Prior to becoming a coach, Cho played division 2 NCAA baseball for St. Cloud State in 2016 and 2017 before transferring to UW-Whitewater in division 3 of the NCAA for 2018 and 2019.
Cho is part of a massive change in the Blue Jays organization in terms of staff as it almost seems like only Ross Atkins, Mark Shapiro and John Schneider are some of the only few that remain from last season.
This is a positive for the Blue Jays since they needed to switch things up but many believe that it will take bigger changes within the front office to see a true change.
