The Toronto Blue Jays are looking at other outfielder options now that things have hit a stand still with Anthony Santander and it looks like Los Angeles Angels outfielder Taylor Ward could be a possibility.
The Blue Jays made free agent Anthony Santander a four year $82 million offer a couple weeks ago and now that things have hit a standstill they are exploring other options.

The Blue Jays are in need of adding some hitting to their lineup as they cannot continue to rely on solely on Vladimir Guerrero Jr to bring in offense, especially if they do not end up extending him.
According to reports, a possible trade for Angels outfielder Taylor Ward is a possibility as he would bring the Blue Jays some much needed offense at a cheap price.
The Los Angeles Angels could be open to trading Taylor Ward, and the Blue Jays could jump on the chance to add him.
The Blue Jays tried to sign Juan Soto but came up short. They also failed to reunite with Teoscar Hernández and are now making a run at Anthony Santander.

Ward would be a great option for the Blue Jays as he just signed a one year deal worth $7.8 million with the Angels to avoid arbitration but will be a free agent next off-season.

This could definitely a great option for the Blue Jays next season if they end up missing out of Santander.
