The Toronto Blue Jays seemed to have been a solid fit for Hye-Seong Kim which multiple insiders believed Toronto would be going after the Japanese free agent.
The Blue Jays are still looking to bring in an infielder for the 2025 season which is why they have been linked to Alex Bregman and other infielders throughout the off-season so far.

Despite the Blue Jays looking to be a solid fit for Kim, according to reports five teams have made offers to Kim for the 2025 season but the Toronto Blue Jays are surprisingly not one of them.

This is surprising since the Blue Jays could benefit from a players like Kim but it looks like the Mariners, Angels, Dodgers, Padres and Cubs are the only team to have made him an offer.

The signing will likely happen soon since Kim must sign his contract by this evening at 5PM or he will be forced to head back to Korea.
