News broke last night coming from the Dominican Republic regarding Rays shortstop Wander Franco's case, he has been formally charged.

Franco had a promising career ahead until reports came out last season regarding abuse and exploitation of a minor. Last night the former all-star was officially charged for the crimes in the Dominican Republic.

Fans were quick to point out that Franco did not seem too bothered by his current situation since he posted a picture to his Instagram story 48 hours prior to the charge.
