Former Toronto Blue Jays slugger get his revenge on them

Former Toronto Blue Jays Slugger Rowdy Tellez was able to inflict revenge on the Blue Jays as he was traded from the team to the Milwaukee Brewers in exchange for pitcher Bowden Francis in 2021.
Now playing for the Seattle Mariners, Tellez faced off against Francis during game one of their series Ann managed to hit a home run into Rogers Centre.
Tellez was good performer for the Blue Jays
Tellez was a great Blue Jays story to begin with, a 30th-round pick in 2013 out of high school that got to the bigs by the time he was 23 and spent four years with Toronto. He hit 37 homers for the Blue Jays.

His 2024 season was productive as he had 383 at bats hitting thirteen home runs with 56 RBI along with an average of .243 and an OPS of .691 with the Pittsburgh Pirates.
The Blue Jays at the time were looking for a pitcher that would help with the starting rotation and Bowden Francis has been having a solid season so far as he won the opening game 3-1 of their three-game series.

The Blue Jays have had a surprisingly good start to their season as many have questioned what the season could look like in the opening days.
The Blue Jays lost their second game against the Mariners 8-4 in an extra innings battle and currently sit 12-9 and remains one back of the Yankees for first in the American League East.
The team will complete their series against the Mariners on Sunday April 20th in which the Blue Jays will head on the road for a two series set against the Houston Astros and the New York Yankees.
The final game will be held at 1:37 PM eastern.
