In last nights game between the Toronto Blue Jays and Detroit Tigers, there were many technical issues that affected the broadcast and replay systems and fans are upset.

Replay reviews were unavailable to the Toronto Blue Jays and Detroit Tigers throughout much of their game at Comerica Park because of a technical issue that affected both team broadcasts
The issue affected both the Blue Jays and Tigers ability to broadcast the game effectively to fans.
the issue occurred because there was a power outage before the game started.
Should broadcast capabilities return, each club will be afforded its normal Manager's Challenge but will have unlimited Crew Chief Reviews for the remainder of the game," MLB told the teams.

The technical issues were fixed around the 6th inning, but there were no plays that called for replays that would have affected the outcome.

Jays manager had this to say about it:
Technology's great until you don't have it," Blue Jays manager John Schneider said. "It was a bit of an old-school game for about seven innings." - Schneider
