Fans are completely discouraged that the organization holds no accountability since Atkins continues to run the team into the ground with no changes in sight.
Insider Shi David believes that only Mark Shapiro knows what will happen to Atkins in the future but it does not make much sense to have him make decisions at the draft and deadline if they plan on changing things over the off-season.
