ESPN takes a direct shot at the Blue Jays stars

The Blue Jays were ranked at the number 24 spot which some see as justifiable since Bo Bichette and Vladimir Guerrero contracts expire at the end of 2025.

While Guerrero and Bichette are not considered because of their contract the real shot was taken at the players that are under contract. ESPN said that the Blue Jays have no elite players, ranking Kevin Gausman in the plus category just above solid while basically the entire lineup including Will Wagner, Bowden Francis, Spencer Horwitz and Jordan Romano were all included in the solid category.

They finished their analysis by saying no one on the team has taken a major step this season apart from Francis but it has only be a recent progression.
