The Blue Jays have been without pitcher Alek Manoah since he went down with a right elbow sprain at the end of May.

An update regarding Manoah has finally been announced as he seems to be recovering well and the Blue Jays have now placed him on 60 Day IL to liberate a roster spot as they acquired Easton Lucas from the Tigers.
#BlueJays finally made use of the Alek Manoah-to-60-day-IL spot.

Can never have enough lefties in the 'pen, I suppose!

Unfortunately Manoah will not be returning this season but fans are hoping his recovery continues to go well that he is ready in time for Spring Training next season.
