The Blue Jays have announced this morning the signing of right handed pitcher Diego Dominguez to a minor league contract.
Dominguez is 19 years old and started off this season in the Mexican baseball league. The pitcher played in the Dominican Summer league in 2022 for the Cardinals but was released.
The young Michoacan pitcher Diego Domínguez, who this year debuted in the @LigaMexBeis with the @LosPiratasMx , signed with the @BlueJays to pursue the dream of playing in the Major Leagues.
Domínguez is 19 years old and in 2022 he belonged to the @Cardinals , with whom he played in the Dominican Summer League (DSL) and was later released.
Toronto has yet to announce where Dominguez will be starting his career within the Blue Jays organization.
