Blue Jays catcher Alejandro Kirk has been on fire at the plate over his career against Yankees ace Gerrit Cole.

Kirk recorded another hit against Cole yesterday which has given him an insane 1.045 OPS against Cole throughout his career. In 9 games, Kirk has 8 hits in 22 at bats with 4 doubles and 1 homerun.
We don't talk enough about how Alejandro Kirk owns Gerrit Cole. He just got another hit.

These are incredible numbers for a player who is not known for being an incredible hitter, especially against one of the league's best pitchers.
