As the New York Yankees are set to face off against the Kansas City Royals in the first round of the playoffs in the ALDS, the Yankees have elected to leave off one name in particular from their roster.

Our 26 for the ALDS.
The biggest surprise came when they announced their 26-man roster as fans noticed right away that the former Toronto Blue Jays right-handed starting pitcher Marcus Stroman has been left off the Yankees' ALDS roster.
Marcus Stroman will not be pitching in the ALDS
Stroman did not have the most impressive season with the Yanks' as the 33-year-old made 29 starts and one relief appearance. Stroman acheived a less than stellar 4.31 ERA and a 95 ERA+ with 113 strikeouts and 60 base on balls (walks) in 154 innings pitched. The real issue began in late June, when the wheels really started to come off for Stroman. Since June, his ERA has been hovering above 5.00 which was basically there primary reason to leave him off the roster for their most important games.
Do you agree with the New York Yankees Decision to leave Stroman off their roster?
