The Mets took on the Phillies and despite losing 6-4 they were caught tipping off their batters what pitch was coming in.
A video has gone viral on a Mets runner on second base, visibly telling the Mets batter that a pitch was coming in inside that he took to deep left field.
Aaron Nola was (possibly) tipping pitches
Since the Mets were only tipping pitches from a runner that was behind the pitcher, it is not necessarily a whole scheme like the Astros were pulling off a few years ago but fans are still upset with the fact that it is cheating.
