The Toronto Blue Jays have some big decisions to make in the next day as the non-tender deadline is tomorrow night and the Blue Jays 9 players including Jordan Romano, Vladimir Guerrero Jr, Erik Swanson and others that they need to decide on.

The Blue Jays have some massive decisions to make this winter but it looks like deciding which players they will tender contracts to is the first big move they will need to make this off-season.

The Blue Jays have 9 players that they need to tender a contract to of cut loose by tomorrow night

The MLB non-tender deadline hits Friday at 7PM which means the Blue Jays have less than 24 hours to make some very important decisions regarding their lineup for 2025.
Out of these 9 players, there is 4 players that are pretty much guarantees to receive a contract who are Vladimir Guerrero Jr, Alek Manoah, Alejandro Kirk and Daulton Varsho.
Vladimir Guerrero Jr. ($29.6M)
Daulton Varsho ($7.7M)
Alejandro Kirk ($4.1M)
Alek Manoah ($2.4M)

Then there is Erik Swanson and Ernie Clement who should more likely than not be tendered a contract as they both had strong performances in 2024 and will surely be a big part of the team next season without taking up much room on the payroll.
Erik Swanson ($3.2M)
Ernie Clement ($1.7M)
Erik Swanson redeemed his understandably dreadful start to the year with a strong finish, posting a 2.61 ERA with 25 strikeouts in 20 2/3 innings over the season's final two months, and the Blue Jays need all the help they can get in the bullpen. Ernie Clement more than earned his way back to the team for 2025. Despite being due a nice raise from his 2024 $758K salary, the sure-handed infielder did enough to warrant another contract. -Fisher

Finally there is 3 players in Zach Pop, Jordan Romano and Dillon Tate who are on the bubble of being non-tendered with Pop being almost a guarantee after an atrocious 2024 season.
Jordan Romano ($7.75M)
Dillon Tate ($1.9M)
Zach Pop ($1M)
