The MLB announced that Atlanta Braves all-star outfielder Jurickson Profar has been suspended for 80 games for using PEDs.
The Blue Jays dealt with a similar problem last season when prospect Orelvis Martinez was suspended for the majority of the season for using PEDs just after being called up to the majors.

News broke this afternoon that
Profar tested positive for a banned substance which was first reported by Mike Rodriguez and the MLB has apparently decided to suspend him for 80 games.
Braves outfielder Jurickson Profar reportedly tested positive for a substance banned by Major League Baseball and will be suspended, according to MLB insider Mike Rodriguez reported the news first. -Capece
According to reports there is a chance that the substance Profar tested positive for is simply a banned substance and not necessarily a PED but most believe that it is which will result in an 80 game suspension.
Profar will reportedly be suspended for testing positive for a substance banned by the MLB.
It is unclear at this time which banned substance he took, and the report has yet to be confirmed by the Braves or MLB. -Capece
The Braves signed Profar this off-season to a $42 million contract on a three year term and he will now miss a big portion of the 2025 season due to this suspension for PEDs.
The Blue Jays were actually very interested in signing Profar this off-season as he was seen as their back up option if they missed out on Anthony Santander but it looks like they really did well by landing Santander and missing out on this suspension.
The MLB will likely be making an announcement regarding the suspension in the next day or so.
