Toronto Blue Jays manager John Schneider had some massive praises for shortstop Bo Bichette during an interview this afternoon.
When it comes to Bichette, the big question has been surrounding his rough 2024 season and his next contract since he is entering the final year of his current deal but there has been no extension signed yet.

Many of the Blue Jays players and coaches spoke to the media this afternoon prior to Opening Day tomorrow against the Baltimore Orioles and Schneider had a lot of intersting comments on Bichette.
During the interview, Schneider stated that he has never seen Bichette at this level before and thinks he is about to have the best season of his career with the way he has been playing.

Clearly Schneider believe that Bichette will be one of the Blue Jays top players this season but when Bichette heard about the comments, he stated that it doesn't mean anything until the season starts.
John Schneider said Bo Bichette was «the most impressive player» this spring.

It will be interesting to see if Bichette can keep up this high level of play this season because he has been unbelievable in Spring Training this year.
If the Blue Jays really do want to have an incredible season, they will definitely need Bichette at the top of his game.
