The Toronto Blue Jays have a lot holes to fill as they enter free agency and it seems as though quite a few former players could fill those needs such as Danny Jansen and Teoscar Hernandez.

The Blue Jays seem to have a couple mains focuses for free agency which seem to be bringing in a big time hitter and strong bullpen arms above all else but could also benefit from brining in another catcher.

The Blue Jays seem interested in bringing in a few former players such as Danny Jansen, Teoscar Hernandez and Yimi Garcia

As the Blue Jays seem to desperately need a strong hitter to help with the offense next season, it looks like former player Teoscar Hernandez who is set to become a free agent could be a great fit for Toronto. He has stated in the past that he loves Toronto which means he would likely be happy to return.
The former Astros prospect may never be a great outfielder, but possesses huge power, something this team needs desperately. He also has an outgoing, fun-loving personality that should help loosen up a team clubhouse that has appeared stiff in recent years. -Wallace

Another option that could be great for the team and would make fans very happy would be to bring back catcher Danny Jansen. The Blue Jays traded Jansen at the deadline after spending his entire career in Toronto but as they currently only have one catcher in Alejandro Kirk right now, bringing Jansen bac would be a great move.
It's nearly impossible to envision Heinenman giving the Blue Jays the kind of production that Jansen has been able to provide, especially when it comes to power and leadership. The Jansen-Kirk combo has worked well, running it back would be a great idea. -Wallace

Finally there is pitcher Yimi Garcia could be a solid option as well since the Blue Jays are looking to improve their bullpen and Garcia could be a solid arm to bring back at a cheap price.
Bringing Garcia back would potentially give the Blue Jays a quartet of pitchers who have experience closing out games. The pending free agent struck out batters at a rate we hadn't seen before last season. -Wallace
