The Toronto Blue Jays have named their new scouting director to replace Shane Farrell as they promoted from within the organization giving Marc Tramuta the job.

Tramuta was the scouting director for the New York Mets for 6 years before leaving the organization to join the Blue Jays in a different role but it looks like he will be returning to that role as the Blue Jays have named them their new scouting director.

He was the Mets scouting director for six years before departing for a role in Toronto's front office last October
The new Blue Jays scouting director has a big job in front of him as he will now have to help rebuild their failing farm system who ranked 24th in the MLB at the end of the 2024 season.
