The final cost for the repairs on Tropicana Field have been announced

According to reports, the damages caused by Hurricane Milton on Tropicana Field will cost the Tampa Bay Rays $55.7 million which will mostly go towards fixing the roof and will only be ready for the 2026 season.
Tropicana Field can be repaired in time for the 2026 season for $55.7M, per

The team is still looking for an interim home for the 2025 season
BREAKING: City report says Trop can be fixed for $55M and ready for #Rays 2026 season
This means that the Rays will still need to find themselves a home stadium for the 2025 season which is seems to be the Toronto Blue Jays Spring Training complex in Dunedin.
The Rays will now have to decide if it is worth fixing since they announced last season that they planned on changing stadiums in the next few years which means if they fix Tropicana Field then leave two years later, it might be a massive waster of money.
It will be interesting to see how the Rays decide to move forward since they will need to make a decision quickly.
