The Toronto Blue Jays are in another tough spot this off-season as they will need to release some players if they still plan on signing free agents as their 40 man roster in currently full.

The Blue Jays seem to have been linked to almost ever free agent available this off-season even though they have closed the deal on only a select few, they still plan on signing players such as Anthony Santander which means they will need to release other players.

The Blue Jays are still in need of at the very least a solid starting pitcher to add to their rotation and a hitter that could bring them some serious offense such as Santander.
If the Blue Jays decided to sign at the very least two more players this off-season, they will need to cut a couple players as FanGraphs has reported that their current 40 man roster is full.
Interestingly enough - the #BlueJays have a full 40-man roster at the moment per FanGraphs.

Should they sign a free agent this winter, who would be cut?
Fans were quick to jump in the comments stating that the Blue Jays should nto be worried as they have a ton of players that they can cut such as Nick Robertson, Brett de Geus and Tyler Heineman.

Tyler Heineman
While cutting de Geus and Robertson makes sense, getting rid of Heineman does not as they have so few catchers in their organization as of right now that releasing one of them could seriously hurt them next season.
It seems inevitable that the Blue Jays will have to released a few players in the coming weeks if they end up getting some deals done.
