The Los Angeles Dodgers wont he World Series last night resulting in six former Blue Jays winning the World Series including fan favorites Kevin Kiermaier and Teoscar Hernandez.
The Dodgers were done 5-0 early in game 5 which looked like New York would walk away with the win but after a historic collapse by the Yankees, the Dodgers came back and ended up World Series champions.

Most Blue Jays fan were rooting for the Dodgers to win the World Series since the last thing they wanted to see was their rivals, the Yankees be crowned champions of the 2024 season.
Fans also wanted to see the Dodgers win since they were loaded with former Toronto players such as Teoscar Hernandez who was incredible in the playoffs for Los Angeles and was especially great in the finals.
Overall in the World Series, Hernandez slashed an incredible .350/.381/.550 with seven hits, one home run and four RBIs. In the post-season as a whole, the former Blue Jay slashed .250/.352/.417 with 15 hits, three home runs and 12 RBIs.
The six former Blue Jays players that won a World Series ring last night were Anthony Banda, Cavan Biggio, Teoscar Hernandez, Daniel Hudson, Kevin Kiermaier and Ryan Yarbrough.
