MLB makes major announcement on robot umpires and the end of current officiating

The MLB made a major announcement last night regarding the future of baseball and incorporating robot umpires in the near future.
According to reports, the MLB will be testing robot umpires during Spring Training next season and are looking to have them fully part of the game by the beginning of the 2026 regular season.

While the game has seen quite a few issues over the years regarding officiating, fans are split on the situation as some believe it will take away from the game, while other believes it is a necessity.
Or we can keep baseball the way that it is and be able to challenge balls and strikes.

It needs to happen. It's way inconsistent and it's hard to watch. I'm not saying totally get rid of the empires, but give them an extra tool they can use so we know the game is being called correctly.
While both sides make some good points, it will be interesting to see how the MLB moves forward with these critical changes.
