The MLB announced yesterday that prospect Cesar Altagracia that was set to sign with the San Diego Padre lied about his age which has resulted in an investigation by the Dominican Baseball Federation.
Altagarcia has represent the Dominican Republic at the U12 Baseball World Cup in 2022 and at the U15 Pan American Championship this past summer with his false documents.
