The Blue Jays manager John Schneider made a statement directed to the fans yesterday attempting to plead with them.
Schneider said that he knows fans are upset with the team's struggles this season but wants the fans to believe in the players and the team.
Blue Jays' manager John Schneider wants the fans to believe in the players. I don't think the fans believe in the organization.

Insider Dave Hodge mentioned how Schneider may want the fans to believe in the players but he fears that the fans don't believe in the organization as a whole.
Hodge statement does make a lot of sense as fans have taken to social media to state how dissapointed their are not only in the players but in the organizations as a whole.
The Blue Jays will need to do something big if they hope to get the fans on their side but the question is, what would that move be?
