Looks like Jays will be trading Manoah and getting a star in return

Manoah has been involved in a lot of trade talks lately and after his last start where he threw 6 scoreless innings out of 7, his trade stock has gone up. It looks like the Miami Marlins would be interested in acquiring the pitcher since they have plenty of time for him to develop since they have already given up on their season as they sit with a 11-32 record.

If Manoah is traded, it seems like the Blue Jays would be getting Jazz Chisholm in return. Manoah would not be the only player in the deal as Arjun Nimmala and Addison Barger would be joining him as well.

Chisholm has been solid this season with 5 homeruns and 21 RBIs in 42 games this season. However, Chisolm might not be the best acquisition for the Jays as he is another left handed batter which they already have plenty of and has struggled on the defensive side of the ball.

There is a ton on potential for Chisholm as he is only 26 years old and would fit greatly into the lineup with the other young players as the team continues to grow.

It would be a risky trade for the Blue Jays but there can be a massive upside if everything works out.
