Leo Jimenez issues statement to Blue Jays fans

After the game, Jimenez spoke to reporters about what was going through his mind when he made that play to which he stated he was set on catching the ball and nothing would get in his way.

Clearly Jimenez does not take no for an answer as not even a row full of fans stopped him from tracking down that ball and catching which ultimately led to a double play right after.

These are the type of player the Blue Jays want, determined and willing to put their body on the line for their team.
