Former Toronto Blue Jays pitcher Zach Pop has apparently found himself a new home in the MLB and he has agreed to sign a new deal with the Seattle Mariners.

The Blue Jays announced at the beginning of April that they decided to release Pop after he was DFA'd the previous week as he had a rough start to the season with injuries and poor pitching.

According to reports, there was a total of 24 teams that reached out to Pop after he was released by the Blue Jays a couple weeks ago and Pop is apparently on a rehab assignment for the moment with the Mariners minor league team.
This has never been reported but Canadian Zach Pop recently signed a deal with the

A family member said he reported to Seattle's minor-league base in Peoria, Arizona on a rehab (elbow) assignment.

Zach Pop lands in Seattle.
From the little bit of information on this deal that is available it looks like Pop was able to land a major league deal which is surprising since he has put up terrible numbers over the last two years.
The Mariners are likely taking a chance on Pop as they hope to be able to get him back to the form he was in back in 2022 when he finished the season with a stellar 2.77 ERA in 39 innings pitched.
