Toronto Blue Jays Bo Bichette expressed his views on the future of his career with the Toronto Blue Jays during an interview with Sportsnet's Hazel Mae.
After the Blue Jays 6-2 win against the Boston Bruins in their first game of their four-game series, Bichette sat down and revealed his views and intentions after this season is over.
Bichette wishes to remain with the Blue Jays long term
He told Mae that his intentions are to remain with the Blue Jays past 2025 but has not received a word that negotiations have begun between his agent and the organization.
Bo Bichette, who's a pending free agent, speaks on his future with the Blue Jays
«[It] has been my goal since I was a kid to be with one organization my whole career and building a winning culture with Vladdy,» Bichette told Mae. «But nothing's on the table right now.» Bo Bichette
Ever since both Bichette and Vladimir Guerrero junior arrived into the Toronto organization, it's been well known that both players are best friends and would like to remain with the Blue Jays for their entire career while winning a championship or two.
Guerrero Jr signed a mega deal with the Blue Jays that holds term of 14 years and a price tag of $500 million with no deferred money.
Despite the odds looking grim that a deal may be found, the Blue Jays and Guerrero junior's agent were able to narrow the gap and get the deal done early in the season.

Bichette is hoping for a great season this year
The 26-year-old is coming off a down season with the Jays as he only recorded four home runs and 31 RBIs in 81 games last year, while batting just .225. But as a two-time All-Star who led the American League in hits in 2021 and 2022, Bichette has rebounded to start the season, hitting .277 and picking up 13 hits in the team's first 11 games this year. There's so much you can always talk about with Bo. I still have a bat speed/contact point thing sitting in the hopper, but wanted to get something out there about what we're seeing from him right now.
They face two more games in the series and then will fly to Baltimore to take on the Orioles for a three-game series starting on Friday April 11th where game time will be 7:05pm eastern.
