The Blue Jays announced that they DFA'd pitcher The Blue Jays last week and it looks like he has found himself another team.
It was announced yesterday that Cuas has been claimed off waivers by the Phillies and has been optioned to Triple-A.

When the Blue Jays decided to DFA Cuas, it came as no surprise since he had been having a hard time all season and did no better when the Blue Jays brought him in putting up a 7.71 ERA this year.
