Blue Jays bullpen continues to struggle but Atkins refuses to bring two stars up

The Blue Jays have been struggling with injuries especially when it comes to their bullpen yet Ross Atkins refuses to bring up 2 star relievers from Triple-A.
Mason Fluharty and Hagen Danner have been having impressive seasons with the Bisons but have yet to receive a call from the Blue Jays.
Fluharty currently has an impressive 2.80 ERA through 35.1 innings with 34 strikeouts while Danner has a 3.18ERA in 22.2 innings pitched with 24 strikeouts and a 1.37 WHIP.
Buffalo bullpen arms I would like to see get an opportunity soon:

The Blue Jays are still without Jordan Romano and Yimi Garcia which is why these two young stars not getting a chance in the Majors does not make much sense.
