Blue Jays announce starting pitcher for tonight against the Twins

Toronto is coming off a great 5-3 win against the Phillies that saw Chris Bassit have his first great start of the season.

Kikuchi will be looking to bounce back after one of his weakest performances of the season where he pitched 6 innings giving up 6 hits and 1 run while striking out 7 batters in a 9-3 loss.

The Blue Jays pitcher has a 2-2 record this season with a 2.72 ERA, 1.16 WHIP, 2.0 BB/9 and 9.8 K/9 in 39 2/3 innings.

Hopefully Kikuchi will have a solid outing against the Twins as the Jays look to start a new winning streak after last game.
